As a result of some exciting internal promotions we are seeking interest from hard working and passionate Administrators to support our high performing Engineering team, based at our Melbourne Engineering Precinct located in Tullamarine.
This is a critical Administrator role and we require an individual with strong administration, coordination and internal customer service skills to succeed in supporting our wider Australian and New Zealand airport teams.
Reporting to our Workforce Planning Manager and having daily liaison with all team members from Apprentice to Senior Leadership, this role will have a vast scope from roster planning, managing communications across our AU/NZ airports and onboarding activities for our new starters.
**The Role**
- Acting as a central point of contact for our Engineering Leadership team for all things related to meetings, events, projects, new starters, induction/training and rostering.
- Supporting our Engineering Apprentices including onboarding, rostering, arranging TAFE visits, coordinating training and travel logistics
- Acting as an ongoing contact point for Apprentices throughout their tenure including maintaining training information and providing regular updates to our leadership team
- Supporting onboarding administrative tasks for our Employees and Contractors.
- Understanding and providing advice to our team regarding Engineering EBAs
- Assisting our team with IT setup and maintenance which may include support with systems including Workday, TRAX, EmpLive, Team Central and Microsoft Office.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Proven experience in an Administration / Coordination role
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills
- Experience utjilising large/complex HR/Employee Management systems (as an example; Emplive/Workday/SAP)
- Experience with Apprenticeships and Apprentice Programs (desirable)
- Exposure to rostering/roster management (desirable)
- Training coordination and organisation (desirable)
