The **Financial Administration Officer** will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting efficient financial processes. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, handling student fee collections, preparing financial reports, and assisting with agent commission management. Your contributions will directly support the institute's mission of delivering high-quality education and achieving exceptional student outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Fee Management**
- Manage the collection of student fees, monitor payment schedules, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Process day-to-day transactions, reconcile ledgers, and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.

**Financial Documentation**
- Maintain detailed and compliant financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.

**Financial Controls**
- Ensure effective operation of financial controls for payroll, purchasing, general ledger, asset registers, debtors, and accounts payable.

**Financial Reporting**
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income and expenditure analysis for internal review.

**Agent Commission Management**
- Prepare and distribute agent commission summaries, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

**General Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, assist in office management tasks, and coordinate financial aspects of student services.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Education**
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years in financial administration or accounting, preferably in the education or RTO (Registered Training Organization) sector.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, financial documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
