**Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain)**
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid Certification (essential)
- Current CPR
- Pool Lifeguard
- Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)

Some weekend work and occasional split shifts may be required as part of the role.
