Manager's Support Officer
to provide high-level executive and administrative assistance in a busy, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will support a senior manager by coordinating diaries, managing communications, and preparing professional reports and correspondence. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help deliver key outcomes for the branch by maintaining accurate records, organising meetings, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, emails, meetings, and workshops with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and format reports, letters, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management.
  • Maintain data registers and records in line with organisational standards.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and take accurate minutes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Contribute proactively to team outcomes, ensuring timely and high-quality support.

  • Proven experience providing administrative support to senior managers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and document management systems.
