Payroll Officer role based in Bundoora | Temporary to Permanent

**Your new role**
This role is a temporary to permanent Payroll Officer role. This is an exciting time to join a well established company at the forefront of its industry sector. Due to organic growth, this pivotal role will support the group in efficiently and reliably carrying out Payroll.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Coordinate timely and accurate processing of the fortnightly payroll for all staff in accordance with current Awards, contracts and company policies and procedures including:
- review and coding of timesheets
- employee additions and deductions
- reconciliation of all payroll related functions including superannuation requirements
- updating and maintenance of payroll system history and records
as well as:
- Provide advice, guidance and support to employees and managers regarding Payroll queries
- Maintaining the integrity of the payroll system and associated processes through accurate and complete administrative and payroll processes, data entry, record keeping and document management.
- Conduct Payroll testing and auditing as required
- Ensure a fair and consistent approach to payroll related enquiries and advice.
- Assisting with any Payroll projects as required
