As a Head Barista in our Food and Beverage arm, you have a natural ability to build authentic and genuine connections with every guest that comes through our doors, whether they're here for a day or a lifetime. Creating a feel-good community is at the forefront of your mind as you can build rapport and significantly impact someone's day through a single interaction.

**What is the Role?**
- Leading a team of 1-3 all rounders to ensure a memorable service experience. Performing Stand Up briefing for those on shift for the daily events and tasks.
- Cafe Opening and Closing tasks.
- Stocktake and supplier ordering for the cafe. Chasing up minor delivery issues
- Leading the catering of onsite event spaces located within the venues.
- Supervising events and coordinating with the client to provide a memorable experience.
- Handling Face to Face customer feedback.
- EOD and EOW reports sent to Food and Beverage lead.
- Ensuring the security of the cafe space when finishing the closing procedures

**Preferred Formal Training**:

- Food Safety Supervisor (SITXFSA002)
