A rare and exciting opportunity has come up, we are currently searching for an energetic and experienced head barista who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to join our team

Auction Rooms café is a decade old institution that has been an industry leader since it first opened in 2008. We specialise in belly warming café fare
- 2 plus years in a head barista role or similar
- Overseeing all aspects of bar operations the running of shifts, staff punctuality, ordering, stock control and inventory, safety and cleanliness & staff training
- Maintaining coffee knowledge on current offerings and confidently and accurately communicating product information to customers and staff
- Assessing staff performance on a consistent and ongoing basis. Coaching each employee, utilizing constructive feedback and positive reinforcement
- Facilitating new initiatives in the bar in the pursuit of better quality, higher profitability and high morale
- Must be available on weekends and PH
