The Fresh Collective Melbourne is currently seeking a passionate Head Baristas to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Our venues are open 7 days a week from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am to 430pm on weekends.

**About The Role**
- Lead a team of Baristas
- Discounted Parking available
- Stock ordering
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- Day Shift on Monday to Sunday - 5 days per week
- Located at Carlton

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally 2 years Head Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid RSA & Working With Children Check (or willing to take)
- Valid full time working rights in Australia
