We are a family business looking for a reliable and experienced head barista to join our team. 7:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. The role includes making coffee and other drinks, dialling in and setting up the machine, closing the section at the end of each day, cleaning, ordering all supplies for the section, supervising other baristas on busy days. The ideal person will have more than 2 years experience, be able to work alone and supervise another barista, have nice latte art skills, and be confident using the equipment and perfecting the recipe. We offer long term, stable employment, above award rates, a friendly team, honest and caring owners.
