**About The Role**

Excellent opportunity for a Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to join us in our fast-paced clinic located at Booragoon.

The role - which will be a full-time position - will be based at our Booragoon clinic but will require occasional rotation through our other Perth clinics in Claremont, Forrestfield, East Fremantle and Morley. The position will be a hybrid role, combining front-desk reception/customer service responsibilities alongside clinical assistance with Radiologist reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a base level of medical imaging experience and wants to expand their level of experience and responsibilities.

As part of the role you will be responsible for:

- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Assisting Radiologists and other technical staff with reporting and other clinical activities
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
