We’re seeking a **Medical Receptionist** to join our supportive team at our Booragoon clinic. This is an outstanding opportunity for a customer service superstar to bring their skills to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

**About The Role**:
As a **Medical Receptionist** at Capital Radiology, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, from handling phone inquiries to greeting patients, and helping to maintain the smooth operation of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing all phone enquiries in a **timely, professional and confidential** manner.
- **Greet patients** with a warm, welcoming approach, creating a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers.
- **Process patient invoices/receipts** and facilitate Medicare rebates as required.
- **Enter and update patient registration details** accurately.
- Maintain a clean, **presentable reception and waiting area** at all times, contributing to a professional environment.
