Job Opportunity: Receptionist - Psychiatry Clinic
Location: 140 mounts bay road, Perth
**Salary**: $29 - $32 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Casual/Part-time
About Us:
We are a newly established psychiatry clinic committed to providing compassionate and professional mental health care. We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and support the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain patient records and confidentiality in line with healthcare regulations. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Support the clinical team with scheduling and correspondence.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using practice management software (or willingness to learn). Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment. Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy laws.
