Seeking an Office Receptionist to support a busy dental practice in a Perth inner-city suburb

**Your new company**
A specialist dental clinic based near Perth CBD, are on the hunt for an experienced Receptionist to efficiently service patients and manage the front-of-house area. You will be required to work on a full-time basis from 8.30am - 5pm, and will be engaged on a permanent basis with a competitive salary on offer.

**Your new role**
As an Office Receptionist you will be responsible for providing fantastic customer service to patients and visitors. You will be supporting the wider team with administrative tasks including:

- Organisation of patient appointments
- Processing payments using private billing methods
- Draft up specialist reports using appropriate dental terminology
- Construct and discuss treatment plans with patients
- Adhoc administration tasks including filing, scanning and more

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within a dental clinic (administrative or assistant work). In addition you will display:

- Fantastic enthusiasm with confidence in delivering strong customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with confidence in typing up reports and data entry into a system
- Enthusiasm to learn new things and an excellent team player attitude
- An understanding of medical terminology, particularly dental, would be highly advantageous
