**Reporting into the General Manager of P&C, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Build strong relationships with management and key stakeholders across the business (particularly our wonderful Retail Operations team)
- Focused on providing support and development for 1 direct report (People & Culture Coordinator - Apparel)
- Coach and develop people leaders across our retail network and support office in best practise people management practises
- Strengthen company culture and employee experience
- Identify and drive people initiatives and programs to elevate the leadership and retail capability of our people leaders
- Shape HR policies in a human centric way that helps enable the business
- Provide technical guidance and advice on the management of misconduct and grievance related matters in accordance with policies, procedures, industrial instruments, legislation, and best practice.
- Coach and support our Managers across our apparel network (retail and our support office) to manage workplace conflict and actively build awareness on workplace bullying, sexual harassment and/or discrimination.
- Drive continuous improvement of our people & culture practices and programs
- You’ll manage organisational change effectively, ensuring all business changes are well considered, carefully planned and effectively implemented with people brought along the journey.
- HR Administration in the manner of contract development, employee changes, monthly reporting, exit processes, etc

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering and the provision of expert and technical human resources advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning and recruitment
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent is desirable
- Knowledge of and/or experience with General Retail Award 2010
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act and other relevant Employment Relations legislation
- HR Administration including Contract Administration, Employment transfers, Onboarding of New Starters etc.
- Experience working with our HRIS system Ceridian Dayforce (desirable but not required)
- Demonstrated experience in analytical problem solving.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is desirable
