Our People team is expanding We are looking for an adaptive, passionate and goal driven Learning & Development Administrator to join our tight knit team at Grill'd Support Office in Richmond. **About this role**:
Reporting to the Head of Education, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Education initiatives across Restaurants and Support Office. You'll also play a key role In supporting the education team through coordination and administration of operational and leadership Initiatives.
Sound good? Here's a few other things you'll manage:
- Scheduling and administration of current education programs
- Gather national educational events and populate into monthly calendar for distribution to key stakeholders.
- Manage the education calendar and any upcoming national education events
- Managing our evaluation templates In Culture Amp Includeing scheduling surveys, collecting and analysing data
- Manage all administration on our LMS (World Manager) Including uploading, editing and course shell creation.
**What we are looking for**:
- Ideally, you'll have experience working within a learning/education team in a similar position
- You're system savvy and has been exposed to learning systems and platform such as LMS, VIMEO, Trello, Miro Culture Amp
- Someone who enjoys building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
