As Fonda continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. Reporting into the People & Culture Manager, this opportunity will suit an Administrator or Assistant looking to continue to excel in their career alongside a driven, engaged, and supportive hospitality family.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll be doing**
- Creating a memorable onboarding experience
- Coordinate and drive our Traineeship Program
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Update policies, procedures, checklists, and processes to ensure they are aligned with the best practice P&C trends
- On-boarding new employees and maintaining employee data confidentiality
- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including assessment centres
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions, systems and duties
- Assist with OHS compliance across Fonda
- Work with external partnerships to support the development and onboarding of students in their programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C strategies, processes, and cultural initiatives

This is a very busy role where attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your day is key to your ongoing success in delivering the support the business and the P&C team requires.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Great work ethic, sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- You have a real passion for people and their employee experience
- Help maintain a safe and friendly working environment.
- You thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
- You are self motivated and can work independently but love nothing more than a buzzing team environment
- A proactive and energetic personality with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
