
People and Culture Business Partner

**_We are seeking a skilled professional who has proven experience working across the entire employee life cycle providing high-quality operational and strategic support and guidance to managers in implementing people strategies and practices which support the businesses objectives and continually improve the value of People and Culture’s contribution to the business._**
**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Develop strong business partnerships with Program Managers and Team Leaders, providing authoritative ER/IR advice and advocacy on workplace matters whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant workplace instruments.
- Proactively respond to and manage performance counselling, employee grievances and disciplinary issues as required with a focus on building manager competency, mitigating or minimising organisational risk.
- Assist to lead investigation processes in relation to ER concerns and resolve workplace conflict in a fair, timely and efficient manner consistent with due process and employment legislation.
- Contribute to and where appropriate, manage HR projects and initiatives and support the development and maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures.
**Key Selection Criteria**
Essential qualifications, attributes and skills include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of authoritative advice and guidance to people managers and employees in a broad range of HR services, policies and procedures.
- Extensive experience in advising managers and employees on ER/IR matters, running investigation and grievance processes Experience in utilising HR systems and demonstrated capacity to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives and projects and demonstrated capacity to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) including the proven ability to confidently address complex and sensitive HR issues to a variety of audiences including employees, management and stakeholders.
