With more than 70,000+ pieces of equipment, our strategically placed national branch network ensures we can fulfill our customers' rental plant and machinery requirements wherever their next project is located, whilst remaining nimble enough to support local projects.

**Description**:
In this role you will be contributing to Onsite’s commercial function that delivers innovative, proactive and insightful decision support and analysis to the business.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Customer contract and tender - Review and commercial sign-off
- Detailed pricing analysis for major tenders/extensions
- Analysing contract/tender profitability and other commercial matters
- Manage non-standard and specific contract provisions and operational rollout of these provisions (including confirmation and periodic follow-up)
- Review contract risk management and risk mitigation plans
- Preparing and analysing contract and tender P&L

Strategic pricing
- Review and analysis of group/region pricing opportunities and anomalies
- Reviewing rate cards (across group/region) for opportunities and anomalies
- Review and analysis of economic returns vs actuals

Sales forecast and budgeting - Run-rates +/- projects etc
- Support other projects.

Actively partner with the business areas to provide commercial leadership and proactively identify business improvement and cost reduction opportunities.

Establish, maintain and improve the financial control process and environment to protect the business assets, reputation and build the confidence of key stakeholders (internal and external).

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business, Commerce or similar.
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Demonstrated and detailed commercial experience, and modelling and systems skills.
- Very strong commercial awareness and understanding.
- An understanding of the sales, profitability, customer activities and the commercial customer contract terms.
- Superior analytical and interpretative skills.
- Strong hands-on and project management / implementation skills.
