**Description**:
About You
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic sales professional with strong influencing and negotiation skills. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and have the ability to motivate and inspire our energetic NSW Sales team.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts throughout NSW, with regular travel required as part of the position. Success will come from your commercial mindset, customer-focused approach, and ability to confidently influence customers to integrate LSC’s products into their business.
In this role your responsibilities will include
- Increase sales through new business development, identifying promotional opportunities and presenting new products.
- Promote the sale of company products by servicing existing and new accounts and end users, to maximise sales of LSC products.
- Keep customers engaged with the LSC brand, ensuring they understand our key product benefits and competitive advantages.
- Maximise sales opportunities through successful time and territory management. Planning, scheduling, and managing territory coverage for call ratios, understanding where and how to use time most effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and support, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Improve selling ability by participating in sales development programs, increasing selling skills and product knowledge

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in the role you will possess the following
- Demonstrated experience of generating new business within the locksmithing and/or a lock manufacturer/supplier industry is ideal.
- Energy to drive the growth of our products through a consultative sales approach to give the right solutions to customers.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills to compliment your commercial awareness.
- A demonstrated track record in generating sales through your own personal efforts and are clearly results focused as indicated by past successes.
- Ambitious and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
