**Description**:
About You

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong influencing and negotiating skills, coupled with demonstrated sales experience. You will thrive in a team environment with the ability to encourage and inspire our sales team. Your ambition and desire to succeed will compliment this position to manage existing customer accounts and drive new business growth in NSW, which will require you to travel extensively. The ideal applicant will be commercially savvy and skilled at inspiring and convincing customers to integrate LSC products into their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Increase sales through new business development, identifying promotional opportunities and presenting new products.
- Promote the sale of company products by servicing existing and new accounts and end users, to maximise sales of LSC products.
- Maximise sales opportunities through successful time and territory management. Planning, scheduling, and managing territory coverage for call ratios, understanding where and how to use time most effectively.
- Deliver and install new equipment and software, monitor equipment/software performance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Improve selling ability by participating in sales development programs, increasing selling skills and product knowledge.

**Skills and Experiences**:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the security supply industry is desirable.
A demonstrated track record of building sales through your own personal efforts and are clearly results focused, as indicated by past successes.
Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, focused and energetic approach.
Well presented, professional, strong business acumen and driven to achieve budgets.
Computer literate, proficient in all Microsoft suites.
Willingness to travel with a current drivers licence.
