We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the high performing Sanitarium Marketing team, while also delivering additional personal administration duties.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing administrative support to the Marketing Team
- Providing personal administrative support duties
- Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising travel, claiming expenses, placing purchase orders and scheduling meetings in Outlook.
- Co-ordinating Marketing initiated programs and tracking important deadlines, particularly: Marketing conference & key marketing agency and workshop activities
- Assisting with facilitating on and offsite meetings and team functions such as morning tea, lunches, and training programs.
- Capturing meeting minutes for key meetings.
- Aiding with compiling ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Managing the internal technology hub for the marketing team

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Office / Business Administration e.g., Diploma or Certificate.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated ability using secretarial, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and related functionalities required for Office Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Event Management qualifications and/or demonstrated experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
