**About The Role**

Berkeley Vale Private Hospital is seeking for an experience Executive Assistant professional to join our executive team. This role with entail you to provide support to the Director of Clinical Services and extended Executive team in the provision of seamless administrative and secretarial services in order to achieve goals and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities of this position consist of:

- Effective coordination of meetings and committee minute taking
- Diary management and coordinating consumer feedback
- Collating data from various sources for monthly reporting to the Executive
- Administration related to Human Resource Management such as filing, electronic record management, maintaining staff data bases and ordering uniforms
- Assist with administrative reception duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the Executive Office
- Maintaining accurate records and filing for partnerships and contracts of the hospital
- Auditing, staff communications, licensing and reporting.

**Your Skills and Experiences**
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
- Effective customer relations management and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an understanding of key priorities
- Progressive attitude with initiative and lateral problem solving abilities
- Proficient keyboard and word processing skills including robust knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position
- Experience working in health services and/or using hospital mainframe systems (e.g. Meditech) is desirable but not essential

**Requirements**:
