Six Degrees Executive is collaborating with a renowned fashion retailer, where the direct-to-consumer channel drives an astounding 90% of the company revenue. As the business continues to thrive, they are seeking a CRM Manager to join the team. This role is instrumental in managing and enhancing the customer relationships, driving engagement and maximising customer lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with company objectives
- Oversee the management and enhancement of 1st party data to drive personalised customer experiences
- Utilise data analytic to segment audiences effectively and tailor communication strategies
- Utilise customer data and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into various business functions
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the retail or eCommerce industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of consumer behaviour trends
