**About the Company**

Our client is a leading NFP that offers digitally focused services around enhancing mental health and mindfulness. With over 10 years of experience, they are continuing to see an increase in demand for their services and so are looking for an expert to build out the capabilities of their CRM - HubSpot.

**About the Role**

Utilising prior HubSpot process development expertise, this role will assist in process development to streamline workflows and achieve positive business outcomes. With guidance from the senior leadership team, you will execute the development of their CRM, HubSpot. They utilise HubSpot for B2B, B2C, and soon B2G.

**Duties**

Within HubSpot, some of your tasks will include:

- Create new dashboards to help analyse results across the business; including commercial, marketing and activity
- Set up & build new workflows for different divisions within the business
- Set up lead routing and generation within the system
- Security and data audits

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience implementing these processes in HubSpot - **3 years minimum**:

- The ability to work autonomously
- If you have experience with a similar CRM, you are still welcome to apply
- Be immediately available to start
