**Your Impact**:
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the execution of a holistic comms framework across both Asahi & CUB, with over 2 million consumers and growing. Each of our brands are at different stages in their CRM journey, which creates an opportunity for you to join the team to influence and stir the team and business to further embed and grow the maturity of our CRM programs. This role will play a critical part in our future growth ambitions, as we seek to develop new ways to attract and retain consumers into our Asahi/CUB ecosystem, and you will be the strategic mind behind connecting our consumers with our brands and digital touchpoints through engaging, 1:1 comms.
Your new role will lead the marketing automation team and collaborate with the digital planning and content teams to translate their campaigns into digital communications that connect with the right consumers at the right time and place. Your new role requires a high level of CRM and marketing technology expertise across all channels, with a thorough understanding of personalisation at scale and how to deliver personalised messaging based on consumer segmentation.
**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Create & implement a holistic framework for all consumer communications to CUB’s owned consumer database
- Create and manage outcomes to standards for frequency, relevancy, saturation, engagement, acquisition and attrition
- Provide strategic framework for leveraging 2m+ owned consumer records with relevant messages
- Develop and lead consumer retention strategy, and collaborate with teams responsible for acquisition
- Provide strategic guidance and executional support for all consumer comms activations, including brand comms, campaigns, ecommerce, and consumer relations
- Lead the marketing automation team, and elevate the role of technology channels for reaching consumers
- Develop an eDM strategy for each brand that is built around consumer-centric messages for their audiences, including complex data-driven journeys as well as tactical campaigns
- Interpret data and insights to identify opportunities for connection and provide strategic recommendations for new CRM initiatives
- Work with brands to identify opportunities for data collection that will drive the effectiveness and/or efficiency of marketing automation
- Collaborate with digital planners to provide channel mix recommendations that leverage owned audiences to meet campaign objectives and budgets
- Map out end to end consumer journeys for digital campaigns to understand role of channels and content recommendations, and drive uptake in cross-channel consumer marketing
- Provide thought leadership and upskill the broader marketing team about best practice CRM and digital connections tactics.
**About you**:
You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape and your expertise will see you translate the brand agenda into engaging owned connections plans with ease. You will work alongside a talented team of modern digital marketers, and together you will champion an innovative team culture that delivers paid, owned and earned consumer connection eco-systems.
Additionally:
- Relevant industry experience (agency, client or publisher side)
- Commercial Business Analytics or Marketing degree advantageous
- Strong understanding of Brands and have a broader marketing appreciation
- Confident communicator and able to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders at all levels
