**What You Will Be Working On**

Your role goes far beyond traditional coordination, you’ll be the crucial link between our construction teams, stakeholders, and clients. Here’s what makes this position unique:
You’ll be the first point of contact for all service inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintain operational efficiency. This includes:

- Coordinating with Roofing Supervisors to schedule and optimise service delivery
- Overseeing materials ordering and fall protection equipment requirements
- Creating and maintaining detailed service reports and documentation
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and managing work orders efficiently
