Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HSEQ Regional Coordinator to join Service Stream in our Perth, WA Location.
About the Role

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Perth, WA

Reporting Line: National HSEQ Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and measure the HSEQ Plan for WA
- Implementing management system
- Lead project risk review’s
- Develop project based HSEQ documentation
- Develop and executes higher risk control innovation
- Leads all assurance activities
- Influences Contract Manage/ line management
- Client stakeholder engagement to ensure requests are met
- Leads HSEQ Advisors operational tasks & quality outcomes
- Ensure quality incident management and records kept
- Lead and review incident investigation
- Leads education campaigns with supply chain
- Prepare bid submissions for new projects
- Monitors trend analysis
- Represents WA in the National HSEQ leadership team

About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is desired
- Working knowledge of Legislation, Standards and Codes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 4801 standards
- Prior experience managing HSE requirements on major engineering or construction projects, with a strong track record in working effectively with project contractors is highly regarded
- Experience in auditing and investigation
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Telecommunications, energy, or other utilities industry experience is desirable
- Relevant qualifications in an OH&S, engineering, construction, or business discipline are highly regarded
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
