**What this opportunity involves**:
We are now on the lookout for a new Operations Manager at to join our Melbourne based team for a prominent commercial account on behalf of JLL.

You will be responsible for proactively supervising the day-to-day activities to ensure that the centre is operating to the optimum, with maintenance, capital works and tenancy deliveries being performed with mínimal disruptions to the tenants.

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Trade qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
Proven experience in the supervision of the broad spectrum of building services with emphasis on retail assets and their systems including fire systems, electrical, mechanical and building intelligence.
Desirable - Formal Management Qualification
Desirable - Project and/or Contractor Management
OH&S, Customer Satisfaction
Leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead a team.
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A good level of financial aptitude and computer literacy, with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.
Competent in the operation of Building Management Systems
Contract and contractor supervision and negotiation
Financial management, budget preparation & development
