We're currently searching for a Clinical Team Manager to join our Customer Service Centre located in Forest Hill

As a CTM, you’ll be responsible for the effective and efficient use of field resources to achieve optimal service delivery.

**Must be available to work Monday evenings and alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings.**

**'A week in the life of your new role'**:

- Providing leadership and vision to your team as well as strengthening key stakeholder partnerships and relationships
- Translating organisational goals into program area goals and promoting an integrated and client centred approach to care
- Ensuring all performance measures and KPIs are achieved
- Business planning, forecasting staffing and working within allocated budgets
- Building and maintaining professional networks and working relationships with stakeholders as required in order to establish, plan and promote optimal service delivery

**What do we need from you?**
- Registered Nurse qualifications, sound clinical knowledge and leadership experience in client care
- The ability to work in a KPI driven and target focused environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills particularly when dealing with complex care scenarios
- Effective persuasion and influencing skills
- Ability to employ an education and development approach when assisting employees
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong time management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
- Part Time 8 month contract | Evening Work | Monday, Saturday and Sunday
