Join us as in the role of Full Time **Operations Manager** where you will bring your skills and experience leading teams across a range of departments within hospitality. You will embody the art of human connection and thrive on mentoring your team to exceed our guest’s expectations.

You will lead from the front and work in conjunction with the General Manager to manage all operational requirements with efficiency whilst forward planning and strategising to secure future success. You will ensure the profitable operation of our departments whilst improving and maintaining operational and guest service standards.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with dedicated experience as either Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plus demonstrated supervisory experience across other functions within the Hotel
- Hold a valid NSW RSA
- Proven strong financial and business acumen
- Authentic communicator confident and skilful with regards to stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise with a sense of urgency
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
