$150 million subsidiary of European multinational located in North Ryde operating in a contract-driven manufacturing and project accounting environment.

**The role**
Reporting to the CFO you will work closely with Sales and Operations teams, providing advice and guidance to ensure profit and cash flow is maximised and risk is mitigated. Your new role will involve:

- Commercial contract and terms of business review of all revenue and opex related legal instruments.
- Negotiating with internal stakeholders and represent the organisation in client negotiations.
- Reviewing tenders from a legal, compliance and operational perspective.
- Working with the sales team to support price setting.
- Identifying methods to reduce commercial exposure.
- Leading process improvement initiatives.
- Reviewing customer NDAs.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in law or finance.
- Have a minimum 5 years’ legal experience in managing the legal elements of tenders and commercial contracts, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Be a strong influencer, able to communicate effectively to the lay person.
