The

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the product experience and elicit business requirements, then conceptualise and establish the detailed design for the capabilities.
- Deliver Telstra standards-compliant, quality design documents to achieve product and business outcomes.
- Be an expert in designing capabilities for logical network inventory products, and collaborate with the scrum team to deliver capabilities in your mission enabled by a good understanding of Telstra systems, processes, and reference architecture.
- Actively engage with stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, Product Owners, and Product Managers to ensure alignment of the services and solution.
- Develop and elaborate solutions with detailed sequence flows for various service/API operations.
- Conduct design walkthroughs and reviews with the business stakeholders.
- Review test cases and provide feedback to improve testing quality with the goal to catch issues early.
- Assist and guide the UAT team in resolving queries with respect to the functionality delivered and the existing capabilities in the product.
- Evaluate risks to the integrity of solutions including availability, performance, servicing, and compliance of the business and technology services impacted.
- Lead the review of work (individual and team) and provide guidance, advice, and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required.

**Essential**
- Domain knowledge in any logical network inventory suite of products.
- Understanding of telecom terminology in network/service design, service modeling, network inventory, etc.
- Adept at understanding business requirements, use case modeling & design, technical requirements, validating against business needs, and providing technical and domain solution designs.
- Leading various projects simultaneously & exhibits good analytical skills during problem-solving and creating satisfied stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, quickly grasp and master new concepts and technologies, and value teamwork.
- Sound analytical skills, good at multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and adapting to changes.
- Ability to present and influence stakeholders and contribute to mission goals to be able to deliver products and services faster to the market.
- Keen interest to learn new tools and ability to quickly adapt to using new tooling.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders from a diverse range of Telstra organisations.
- Previous experience with complex composite services spanning multiple domains delivering an end-to-end outcome for Product/Customer
- API gateway concepts, REST-based APIs exposure, and consumption
- Be able to contribute to E2E architecture Design and drive initiatives to implement technical governance, perform code reviews, and reduce technical debt.
- Agile software delivery and DevOps

**Highly desirable**
- Technical experience in programming languages and tools - Java, Angular, HTML/CSS, Oracle, PL/SQL, Postman, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere.
- Knowledge and experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Experience using a requirement management tool such as Jira.
