**About the role**
Reporting to the GM, you will be instrumental in hunting new business, establishing customer relationships and managing customer accounts.
You will have a strong client network and be accustomed to identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities. Through your strong network and driven approach, you will possess an ability to think strategically, to work with the team to deliver solutions that drive real business benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, primary focus on new business development (B2B)
- Set and achieve sales targets, including new business opportunity goals, existing customer development and individual product sales are met quarterly
- Discussing and organizing new products for business marketing
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Ability to take service call and providing technical assistance
- Prepare reports on sales activity and forecasting.
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
Success in this role will come from demonstrated success in a sales manager position with a strong B2B focus. You will have a background in sales and customer service with experience in introducing and promoting bathroom products, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- At least 3-5 years sales and customer focused
- At least 2 years in related industry is desired
- Well
- developed interpersonal skills
- Organised and pay attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
- Ability to sort out problems for customers and come on site for service call when necessary.
