**Location**
Seaton Place, is a brand new state of the art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options.
**The Job**
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Officer with a passion to work in Aged Care, who is proactive and passionate about the management of resident care.
This is a permanent part time role in a busy environment and would suit someone who is friendly and can work well in a multidisciplinary team.

**About You**
- Previous demonstrated administration experience and a knowledge of aged care is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of people and be friendly, patient and personable in nature.
- High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge.
- Be able to work collaboratively within a team as well as work effectively autonomously.

**To be successful, you will have**:
- Ideally your background will be in cleaning or housekeeping within aged care or hospitality.
- Friendly, positive outlook and ability to work in a team
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
- NDIS clearance if required prior to commencement
