Sales & Property Management Administrator

We’re a growing boutique agency based in the beautiful Bayside area, and we’re on the lookout for a **motivated, proactive all-rounder** who thrives in both **sales administration** and **property management**.

Y**our Key Responsibilities Sales & Office Administration**
- Provide full administrative support to both the sales and property management teams
- Handle data entry for appraisals, listings, and trust transactions
- Prepare Form 6s, contracts, and sales documentation
- Manage listings and marketing through our CRM and portals
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents
- Prepare vendor reports and correspondence
- Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administration

**Property Management Support**
- Assist our Senior Property Manager with lease renewals and compliance
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records
- Support portfolio management using Propertyme
- **About You**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate administration** (essential)
- Experience with **Propertyme**and marketing software (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task
- **Current QLD Certificate of Registration** and **Driver’s Licence** required
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
