Sales & Property Management Administrator

We're a growing boutique agency based in the beautiful Bayside area, and we're on the lookout for a motivated, proactive all-rounder who thrives in both sales administration and property management.

Your Key Responsibilities Sales & Office Administration

  • Provide full administrative support to both the sales and property management teams
  • Manage reception duties, including phone and email enquiries
  • Handle data entry for appraisals, listings, and trust transactions
  • Prepare Form 6s, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Manage listings and marketing through our CRM and portals
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents
  • Prepare vendor reports and correspondence
  • Assist with general office operations and day-to-day administration

Property Management Support

  • Assist our Senior Property Manager with lease renewals and compliance
  • Maintain accurate property and tenant records

  • Support portfolio management using Propertyme

  • About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate administration (essential)
  • Experience with Propertyme and marketing software (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver's Licence required
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
