Sunled Energy is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to handle various duties in our Wetherill Park office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone as over 90% of your work will involve calling customers for the following reasons:
(a) Booking/Updating customers on installation times.

(b) Contacting customers to acquire necessary documentation required for installation/rebate claiming - signature, electricity bill, etc.

(c) Contacting customers to sort out any problems that may occur post installation - warranty claims/issues with installation.

(d) Other office phones duties as required,
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite - basic knowledge on usage of Excel/Word will be required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (local experience preferred)

Remuneration:
$25-35 per hour negotiable depending on experience. Expected 35-40 hours of work per week.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Outbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
