We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the automotive industry - based in Wetherill Park, this is a part time role with the possibility of it growing to a full time role in the near future. You will be responsible for providing support to various customer service needs within the organisation. Carbonetics, is a staple of the automotive community in Australia and growing internationally.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Providing general day to day administrative and support for sales, customer, post purchase and general tasks
- Monitoring customer journeys and experiences
- Overseeing small projects
- Following appropriate in-house processes and procedures to ensure satisfactory completion
- Follow up orders and customer
- Building strong relationships with customers

**To succeed in this role**:

- Relevant Customer Service, Sales/Administration experience
- Ability to take ownership of requests and maintains ownership until resolved
- Shopify or G-suite experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Automotive passion/ experience is a plus
- Initially a Part Time Role (3 days a week) with the possibility of full time
- Must have valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
