Engage and excel in the role of a Customer Service Representative by swiftly and accurately addressing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various communication channels. Offer expert product recommendations, diffuse tensions with empathy and professionalism, and maintain a deep knowledge of our offerings.

Stay committed to exceeding call centre metrics, utilise tools effectively, and undergo continuous training to enhance your understanding of the company and your role. Ensuring compliance with regulations, you'll also assist in reviewing orders and provide invaluable support to our team. Your dedication to upholding company policies will be your driving force throughout.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in an inbound customer service role or similar
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft package including Outlook
- Coach able and able to take on feedback
- Strong attention to detail

**What's on Offer**:
The position of Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and sits within the Call Centre team. The successful applicant will work closely and collaborate with other members of the Call Centre team and with the wider business.
