We're now looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our friendly office team at Wetherill Park. If you're organised, reliable, and love helping customers, this could be the perfect role for you.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include

  • Taking and entering customer orders via phone and email
  • Assisting with invoices and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Supporting the sales team with order tracking and product information
  • Liaising with logistics and production to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Handling general reception and customer enquiries
  • Helping the team wherever needed

You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service or admin (food or manufacturing industry ideal)
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
  • A friendly, helpful approach to customers and colleagues
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Australian work rights required for this position
