**Your New Role**

Supporting the West Village office, your duties will include:
- Provide office administration support including with with general office duties, accounts/ invoice processing, reporting, document preparation etc.
- Meeting coordination and room bookings.
- Upkeep and general maintenance of office environment, including ensuring areas are presented to a high standard at all times.
- Ordering and set up of catering.
- Liaising with Sydney Head Office teams including ICT and Administration for procurement of items.
- Event coordination.
- Distribution/ coordination of mail and deliveries.
- Management of office security cards.
- Other ad hoc administrative support duties as required to assist with team.
**About You**
- 2+ years’ administration, reception or office support experience
- Accounts/ invoicing experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to support the whole team
- Drivers License
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
