Our client is seeking a **Data Practitioner Engagement Lead** to develop and mature the data practitioner community within organisation. This will require you to work collaboratively with more than 12 teams of data practitioners across the organisation. Also, you will share expertise about client's Information Insights Platform, design & development methodology and data & analytics best practices.

**Primary skills of the role include**:

- Develop and deliver the data practitioner community program within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholder forums and training sessions.
- Be the first point of call for assistance by business units for understanding the Insights platform, adherence to best practice or organising any training or cheat sheets.
- Coordinate, create and deliver the development and distribution of training and communications materials and collateral including the graphic design and components of hard copy and website material.
- Proactively liaise and work with ISB to ensure collateral meets organisation's guidelines, policies and processes, including branding, approvals processes and corporate style guide.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data literacy within organisation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and users of the program and materials regarding development, improvements and changes and incorporate feedback and suggestions where appropriate.
- Proactively take responsibility for relevant professional development.
- Lead and role model customer focused behaviour by delivering the highest standards of service to our internal and external customers.
- Work in partnership with your team leader to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations. Give and receive regular feedback to enable performance to be improved and take personal responsibility for optimising your potential within organisation.
