A leading government agency is on the lookout for a leader across data reporting and analytics, driving people insights across the agency.

**Your new role**

As Data Insights Lead you will lead the development, governance and maintenance of the data analytics strategy and implementation across People reporting. Working closely with a variety of the team in developing and supporting the development and implementation of data insights tools and technology such as Qlik, Snowflake, Matillion and Informatica data quality.

You will also provide leadership, mentoring and upskilling to the rest of the team, either directly or through recommendations for training.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Delivery of expert insights into people experience journey, bringing observability of behaviour, profile, preferences, and challenges to identify opportunities
- Continuously review and optimise the analytics implementation processes and configuration, improving our ability to understand and uplift the people experience journey across all digital channels
- Proven analytical and innovative thinking and ability to analyse information logically to inform evidence-based decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver insights and recommendations that influence and drive successful outcomes

**What you'll get in return**
- Initially 4-month contract
- Daily rate up to $990 plus super
