An exciting Clinical Lead opportunity for experts in Behaviour Support, located within Sydney's East.

**Your new company**
Hays Healthcare are thrilled to be partnering with a well-established residential care and NDIS provider. This organisation, located within Sydney’s East, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner or Psychologist to join in a Clinical Lead position.

**Your new role**
This opportunity is available on a permanent basis, working full-time hours. As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee NDIS behaviour support practitioners and psychologists. This will involve utilising Positive Behaviour Support best practice principles in providing specialist advice, guidance, and support to all staff. As part of your role, you will also conduct direct assessments and interventions on your clients aged 0-18 years.

You will report directly to the CEO of the company.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Positive Behaviour Specialist
- Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and needs of people with disability
- Clinical experience with people who exhibit challenging behaviours, intellectual and/or cognitive disabilities
- Previous experience lodging interim and comprehensive BSP plans
- Valid WWCC and Police Check
- Current Driver’s License
