Project Administrator

**Role Overview**:
As a Project Administrator at Structum, you will be responsible for assisting with project documentation, scheduling materials, and providing administrative support to the project team. This role requires flexibility, as you will occasionally step in to supervise site activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare, manage, and update project documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and reports. Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Schedule and track reinforcement and other construction materials for timely delivery to site.
Act as a liaison between project managers, site teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
Provide administrative support for project managers, including document control, meeting coordination, prepare minutes, and report generation.
Assist in managing project budgets by processing invoices, tracking project expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
Step in to supervise small site tasks when required, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Assist in the preparation and compliance of inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Prepare and submit subcontract start up packages including Safe Work Method Statements, Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets, Insurances, etc.
Help maintain project schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.
**Key Skills and Experience**:
Previous experience in project administration within the construction industry, ideally in heavy refurbishments or structural works.
Competence in scheduling reinforcement and construction materials is essential.
Flexibility to step into small site supervision roles when needed.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Procore, Aconex, Jonas Premier, PayApps, etc).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
