**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team by providing high-level administrative assistance and exceptional organisational support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including agenda preparation, venue booking, and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an executive support role or similar administrative position.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong team player.
