**Description**:
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, as Administration Coordinator you will provide support and assistance to the operations team, our service partners and clients in a clear, concise and professional manner.

The role is located in our Head Office in Gladesville, Sydney. It is offered as an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

What you will be doing to ensure a smooth, informed and enjoyable experience for all clients and stakeholders:
Initiate and maintain an excellent level of verbal and written communications with clients and stakeholders
Process quotes for Ad Hoc works and variations
Assist with client and internal meetings, taking meeting minutes and follow up on actions
Distribute Communication Books, QR Posters and Periodical Forms to sites
Administration of client induction portals and team member clearances
Collaborate and contribute as an effective member of the Administration / Support team
Assist with maintaining a live communications database / system
Respond to unforeseen queries, complaints, and challenges in a calm and courteous way, remaining polite and professional at all times

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Effective coordination skills with the ability to anticipate, interpret and react to schedule changes
Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to remain calm
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Ability to think outside the square with a positive “can do” attitude
Confident with making quick, competent decisions without supervision
Ability to contribute and work well within a team
Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19 - essential
2 - 3 years in an administration / coordination role, ideally in the facility management, construction, education, health care or aged care living sectors
