We are looking for an experienced and driven Data Analyst to join our Dulux Trade Team in Clayton, VIC as a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in driving business growth through the development and implementation of insight-led strategic plans. You will have the opportunity to utilise your expert level data analysis skills to coach and train other team members, while setting the direction for the way we engage with our customers, systems, and processes for the future.

**Responsibilities**

As a leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Set the strategy and direction for the customer engagement strategy for Dulux Trade, including customer coverage and frequency
- Drive the development of trade-specific changes and enhancements to deliver effective sales tools
- Assist the Sales Capability Manager to develop insight led strategic plans supporting the Dulux Trade strategy and growth

**Skills & Experience**
- Business or specialist degree
- Experience in commercial roles, including front-line customer/sales experience
- High level of spreadsheet, dashboard reporting, and CRM skills
- Cost management and critical analysis of business ROI
