Experienced childrenswear Buyer needed to join a dynamic buying team. Proven success within childrenswear is essential for this role as you will be playing an instrumental role working alongside a well-structured planning and design team

**The role includes**
- Creating, plans and deliver a range with a view to maximize sales and profitability, managing financial plans to achieve high budgets
- Working in partnership with sourcing, design and technical teams both internally and externally to act on new opportunities within the market place.
- Working with QA to ensure all ACCC standards are met regarding childrenswear compliance
- Developing a great relationship with your suppliers and negotiating trading terms in order to create profitable rangesRequirements
- 5+ years experience as a buyer
- Ability to develop relationships with people at all levels within the business
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills
- You will have strong negotiation and cost analysis skills
- Proven buying experience within childrenswear from newborn through to toddler
- Experience in implementing merchandise strategy
