Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our newly established Five Dock centre—an intimate, purposefully designed environment that feels like a home away from home supporting up to 25 children in a nurturing, community-focused environment.

Located beside the Five Dock Library and a short stroll from waterfront parklands, our centre is designed to feel like a home away from home. With nature walks, local excursions, and a vibrant neighbourhood at our doorstep, we offer children daily inspiration and connection to their world.

About the Role

This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for educators with a Diploma or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. We welcome applicants with experience in room or educational leadership—or those aspiring to grow into future management roles. As Nominated Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our play-based, nature-inspired curriculum and fostering a culture of ethical care, transparency, and professional excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or ECT-level qualification (ACECQA-approved)
  • Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
